Mischief in Maytia

I’m not making this up.

This was the biggest panel room at the convention center; only the stages were bigger. And the room was filled to the brim; at best maybe a dozen seats were empty. And what you see above actually happened. (Except that Kevin Murphy isn’t a robot/puppet.) Partway through his panel he asked if we were enjoying Comic Con, and everyone cheered. He asked us if we were excited to see William Shatner, and the whole room was dead silent. Biggest panel room, filled to the brim, and not one person was more interested in seeing William Shatner than we were to see him.

He covered his face with his hand, but I’m pretty sure he shed a tear right there.
